Everyone in the ER department was wonderful. When you’re sick, it’s empathy that counts. There isn’t always a cure, but knowing what you feel matters and you’re important for the few minutes they can spare (per patient) makes all the difference. “Good thoughts, good words, good deeds” I was on the second floor.Alicia, CNA who worked 7am-7pm and worked room 216 went above and beyond to make me feel betteri than when I went in.
