I've been trying to make an appointment for months and every time I call they tell me to call back next week. When I do, once again I'm told to call back. Why accept new patients if you're not going to help them get an appointment???? The first time I went...the ONE time I was able to get an appointment...was when I was registering as a new patient and the receptionist didn't give me my driver license back. Then I had to call them several times about my license and drive there to get it. Not to mention all the times I had to call them back about a referral they gave me for an oral surgeon because they didn't email the surgeon the paperwork. this is the most unprofessional and disorganized dentist office I've been to.

3rd time there very friendly staff clean short wait time doctors excellent I can amit I was scared at first because I have had some very bad experiences but they made sure my mouth were really numb before they started any work on my mouth.I would recommend anyone to go there keep up the good work guys and Thanks for being Patient and Caring.Bobby Crosby😁

This place is a joke!!!!! I have an abscessed tooth, top right in the back. They want me to send them a picture of it before they will even see me. They sent me instructions on how to do so, which is a joke to begin with. But due to the location their instructions are useless there is no way to take a picture unless I can put my phone in my mouth which is obviously impossible. I understand with the covid 19 going on everyone wants to be safe but dang come on really I'm going to have to come in to pull it anyways. Then I read all these reviews and after which I have decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had an emergency as I bit down on some food and broke my tooth. I was in great pain. After being on hold for 55 minutes, someone finally answered the phone. Dr. Newman was nice, but she about killed me. She was rough and while putting pressure on the root to get my tooth pulled, she slipped and bruised the roof of my mouth. Now where the tooth was pulled it doesn't hurt, but the entire right side of my mouth is hurting bad and tingling somewhat. Dr. Newman and the assistant were not focused on my treatment but was concerned about Dr. Newman's earring. I may contact the N.C. Dental bureau.

Like pain? No appointment without proof of insurance or income verification if cash! Couldn't care less if you're in agony. I had insurance just no card on me. Printed card, called back and said 2-3 days to verify! It's been 5 and no call back. I've already had a root canal at another office. Scum.
