The old man in here is a jerk, don't use this service very bad customer service and rude. The old man only cares about money, and not the patients, go to anywere but here. This place doesn't care about anyone, money is what is important to them.

Frank And his staff have been so caring and encouraging I have lost over 40 pounds and never feel pressured. They make you want to follow the plan . I feel so much better with more energy which is different from other weight loss programs I have tried

Poor poor customer service at the Winston Salem location. I made an appointment and the first one available was for 6:30 am. I drive 49 mins to a 6:30 am appointment for them to tell me i can't be seen because I have to re-start the program (since I was off the program for a year). Why couldn't they have assessed this information prior to me coming in and calling me to reschedule. I will not use this service again

I'm a happy medi weightloss customer. Losing weight has always been a struggle for me but the people who work there keep me motivated with their positive attitudes. They are making the process surprisingly enjoyable.

I just have to brag on this business for a moment. I have been a patient of Medi-Weightloss for five weeks and have lost 21 lbs.! The plan is easy to follow and includes foods that are not only nutritious, but that I actually enjoy eating. You can buy all of the food from the grocery store and they don't pressure you to buy their products, but the option is always there if you want them. In addition, I can tell that the staff there genuinely care about my success. They are always available to answer questions or give me the support I need. Give Medi-Weightloss a try! Believe me when I say that you WILL get results!
