45 minute wait after being seated in the exam room. Rushed into the room, sat down on her stool, briefly looked at computer results of my eye pressure check, did not explain anything to me other than keep taking the drops. spent less than one minute with me.

I do NOT recommend Dr. O'neil or this practice for any eye emergency or post op care, dispite what their website or phone says!! After being a patient for years, And scheduled to be my post op care, not only did she actually REFUSE to see me when I had a problem three days after surgery, but she wouldn't even return my surgeons phone call.
