I only need a yearly physical. The young lady at the front desk was perfect and professional in every way. As usual the young lady that took my vitals was fast friendly and polite, Michael was awesome, he always listens to you and is so kind, he ask about my husband, whichnI love that he remembers you you are each visit. Fast friendy service I always recommend Med First to my family and friends.keep up the great work yall.. Vickie

Took my daughter and wife in for routine appointments. Staff was pleasant (as usual) and Dr. Wall left us feeling genuinely cared for. Great team, great Doctor! The call center can be frustrating by not providing timely information, but the staff makes up for it.

Loved the staff and DR Wall. I’m not the type to go to the doctors but we recently moved and had to get a new primary. Felt like the doctor really cared and wanted to listen and actually help and not rush you out

I am a retired crital care nurse. I was impressed with the office the girls that check me in. I had been sick over a week before I was abel to see a doc. All of mine are in New Bern. The PA Walls listen to me . my semptons. I was treated with respect and he did a through exam. He treated all my symptoms with meds to help me to get better. I would recommend them to anyone who needed help with sickness. My nsme is Carol. Well pkeased.
