Dr Kim Neishal, sorry I misspelled her last name. She and only she will be my doctor and My son Matthew Waters, we don't want anyone else. She is the sweetest and very honest person and she definitely is a caring doctor. AWESOME DOCTOR

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY HEALTHCARE WHATSOEVER. My mother was a patient there for a while. Told the dr she had there numerous times about complaints on a headache (lung cancer apparently has headaches as a very pronounced side affect) and that she was having trouble breathing and that her heart hurt!!!!! Two months later I finally convinced her to go to the ER. All her complaints were valid. Now she’s stage 4 cancer. These people dropped the ball on her and didn’t not continue research or testing to see what the problem was. Thanks to the people here I almost lost my mother. They don’t care about their patients or what happens to them.

I am a patient of doctor Brittany hippkins, and I couldn't be anymore pleased with the service she provides as a doctor. She is always genuinely concerned about the issues that you present to her and very eager to pursue them on your behalf to resolve whatever health concerns you may have as promptly as possible. She is open minded, willing to investigate, and never judgement in any manor towards me. She makes me feel comfortable and I completely trust in her to make a professional decision concerning my health and well being.

Everyone at Blue Ridge Health showed my family the greatest consideration when we came to them for vaccinations. My brother has multiple disabilities, including some cognitive issues, and the folks there were so understanding and helpful in easing his fears about getting a shot. During every part of the process, the staff explained everything with clarity and compassion. They answered our questions cheerfully. Dr. Gambill made us all feel safe and cared for as she prepared us ahead of our appointments, then after when she followed up to see how we were all doing. In a time when a lot of trips to the doctor can be confusing, scary, or even just dehumanizing, everybody at Blue Ridge Health made us feel welcomed and made sure we understood every aspect of our care. I wish all of my medical care could be this easy, detailed, and sympathetic as the care provided by Dr. Gambill and her amazing staff.

I went in for bug bites, they thought I was there for STDs then the doctor wanted to put me on seroquel. I have extreme sleep deprivation. The symptoms are almost identical to schizophrenia. So basically she told me I was delusional and tried to put me on a serious drug. I was trying to ID bug bites that had been keeping me up at night. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. I will never again attempt to get help at this place.

Fantastic job with COVID vaccination clinic at North Henderson High today!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Things moved quickly and efficiently. Staff came by the car frequently to make sure no one had a reaction to the vaccine. I was very impressed with the whole experience and staff were so cheerful, even though they were outside in 38 degree weather. Thanks so much for providing this important service to the community.

BRCH has done an awesome job with rolling out the Covid vaccines. From calling us to set up our appointments, to the organized & efficient process at the drive up clinic at North Henderson High to scheduling our 2nd dose. Staff was friendly & knowledgeable, checking on us 3 to 4 times to make sure we weren't having any adverse reactions. We were in & out in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive!

Overall a great place to get care. However the recent covid-19 testing missed the mark. Results were promised by email but never came. Later much later after the results were too late I learned unlike the rest of NCDHHS they were not sending emails. So disappointed and let down. A voice mail is not proof and nit useable for my purposes. I would like to know why emails cannot be sent? I am not happy.
