Dr Rice and his staff are very friendly kind and Dr who actually care about patients and who will see your kids when sick thank y'all so much so happy my kids have good Dr and nurses with always a smile

We switched from Harris Peds to kidz care after being there for 9+ years, at the end we were waiting months out to be seem for a small cold. I have never had a doctors office care this much about my children since Dr. Toledo left Harris Peds. The hard work the availability to get them into the office and see a doctor within the week is outstanding. Dr. Rice listens and pays attention to every detail and problem of the visit and remembers every time we've visited. I am so happy about the switch and can't wait to continue having him and the nurses as their primary care. Thank you all SO much. We are all so thrilled.

I absolutely love this place! They are SOOO VERY WONDERFUL to my 2yr old son, who has been there since he was born. The doctors are very thorough, patient & super kind. Appointments are easy to book & the office is always so clean & inviting. I’m grateful to of found such lovely pediatricians for my child.

I switched to this peds from Haywood and would recommend them 100%. They had my child in within two days. Thank you.

Absolute best experience we have ever had in a Doctor’s Office!

They must have lost all the good pediatricians they had, care a service went down QUICKLY. Had an appointment today, was treated and spoke to like garbage. Took my kids out of their care and finding a new pediatrician. Will NEVER go back or have my kids seen by him again.

I switched my son from this doctor. I had about 4 bad experiences in the 3 times I took my son here. The first time I took him, they didn’t tell me my appointment was in Franklin so I couldn’t get my son in for an appointment for another week and it wasn't for something that I wanted to wait for. I had to call 5 times over the course of a week for them to fill my sons 2 prescriptions once I was able to get him in. The doctor made me feel dismissed and honestly wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence before she cut me off. My sons eye was infected and she told me it was nothing to worry about and to just put saline solution to rinse it, even though I told her his cousin (who had the same problem) was given antibiotics. She told me over and over that it wasn’t an infection and she was wrong. I only gave it 2 stars because they do give the kids 2 books to take home and my son has gotten stickers so I think that was nice. But yeah, I switched my son and I will never be going back to this pediatrician.

Communication is TERRIBLE. I have called multiple times a day for days trying to figure out what is going on with my daughter. Bloodwork was done last Tuesday and was told it would take a couple days to get the results. I started calling Friday to see if they had gotten anything and was told the results where in her chart but the dr had to review them and she would give me a call. I continued to call because I never heard from them. Finally yesterday I was called with the results. During that phone call I was told that some levels were elevated and the dr wanted to consult with another dr to see what they thought because they were puzzled and they would call me back that day. After not hearing from them I called yet again this morning and have not heard a word. This SAME thing happened back in January when she needed bloodwork to confirm mono. Took 2 weeks before I was able to talk with someone about her results meanwhile she was placed on amoxicillin which apparently is NOT ok when you have mono because it sends you into a reaction causing bad hives and we had to use the urgent care to get her steroids. 10/10 do not recommend!

What a wonder doctor's office! Barb at the front desk is very pleasant and helpful! Dr. O'Neil was very nice! She took the time to listen to my son and I and offered wonderful advice!

My kids have never had fun at a doctors visit before, but they genuinely loved this place. It was our first visit aswe just moved from out of state. The waiting area is spacious and inviting. The woman at check in, I believe her name is Barbara, is so welcoming and makes you feel at home. We saw Dr Oneill who was great and very thorough. My kids are 7 and 9 and are actually excited to go back. I would definitely recommend them!
