Every time Ive been here for anything other than the therapist I litteraly sat there for minimum 3 hours. Ive been 3 times to see Dr O. 3 hours once and 4 hours both other times. What kind of Dr office is this?Called to cancel an appointment I had made and I was talked down to as if I was an absent employee. She said fine but its gonna be a no show. What? Im litteraly calling to cancel. Whatever Ill find a better Dr office. This place is ridiculous.

Just spent the last 6 minutes trying to call to set up an appointment with nobody answering the phone. One of the times I called someone picked up only to hang up shortly after.

I have been a patient of Dr. Steven Merrill at this facility for over ten years. He was by far one of the greatest doctors Alexander county or Catawba County for that matter has ever seen. On 62518 he was relieved of his duties for no particular reason other than the fact he had been with the company for such a long span of time and refused retirement. Personally I never will set foot back into this building or any of Catawba Valley Medical facilities ever again even if my life were to depend on it. I strongly encourage all potential patients and current patients to seek treatment elsewhere. I know I sure will Thank you Dr. Merrill for your service to our community. I hope you reopen your own private practice as soon as possibleSincerely one highly dissapointed patient.
