List of Urgent Care Of Mountain View- Taylorsville's Reviews
Everytime I go here they are no help. Urgent Care means there to help but not everyone has insurance and sure don't have 130 dollars to be seen. I'm currently waiting on new insurance card so no card or number so have to pay full price. I'm broke and sick and I guess I'll get worse before they care to help. I'll go out of my way to some where else before I ever go back here!
My son was seen promptly. All of the staff was courteous and nice. Kam Mistri the P.A. was wonderful! Great to speak with about any concerns and gave great advice. He was extremely helpful. All of the staff and visit was exceptional.
This is the worst medical services I have ever been too. Took my husband who was suffering from severe heat exhaustion and they had him do a urine sample and the Dr literally walked in and handed him a paper and said you have a urine infection and started to walk out. At my insistence he came back and started to look at him. He had stopped sweating and was having bad muscle cramps and was pale. The numbers on the paper indicated NO URINE INFECTION! The Dr said what do you want IVs? I said yes!! He said we are closed. I said you were not closed when we came in. He said I will have to call the Supervisor and owner Brian. Brian said to give him an antibiotic shot for the urine infection and shot for nausea and vomiting which HE DID NOT HAVE!! Dr said come back tomorrow when we open at 10:00 am if you want IVs. REALLY!?!! I thought this was URGENT CARE the people you are supposed to count on especially when we don’t have a hospital. I had to take him to his Dr on Monday who believes he was extremely close to a heat stroke and said he should have had Iv fluids on Saturday and also said no he DOES NOT have a urine infection. We have been told this urgent care has gotten so bad they can’t believe they are still open. My husband could have some permanent damage from this but thank you to the good Lord he did not. Good thing I don’t put any trust in this place. If we hadn’t had been the only ones there I would have thought they had him confused with another patient. To also give a false diagnosis just to get out of there because they wanted to go home is a DISGRACE and definitely against the oath they have taken to provide care. This is joke and NOT A Urgent Care facility at all! ****UPDATE**** I emailed the mgr/owner my phone number and I never heard from him. I see the concern!! Lied to again
They addressed my medical problem and was very caring and attentive to find out the cause of pain. I was grateful to get some relief . Thanks again to the staff .
I was in this facility on a Saturday evening, right up against the closing time, with some nasty pain in the left lower back. Without hesitation, they gladly got me in, even though it was ten minutes before they were due to be closing. After completing the required (by ALL medical facilities)paperwork, I was seen promptly. When I am in pain, especially in a medical facility, I tend to use humor to put the staff and myself at ease. Everyone smiled and laughed a bit as they endured my shenanigans, while they gathered the pertinent vitals, and symptoms. I must admit the staff made me feel like we had been friends all along. They seemed genuinely concerned, yet professional. Within 20 minutes they had an opinion, and confirmed it with imaging. I was given an anti-inflammatory injection, and they waited there with me to make sure it was working. All told, I believe we were in and out in around and hour, and the staff made it seem almost like a visit instead of a trip to the doctor. My family and I have been to this facility three times now, and we have had the same experience each time. Sadly, as I am writing this review, we found out that my grandson is on his way there tonight. I'm sure he will receive the same great care that we all have.
Poor excuse of medical practice. They either don't have the tools their words,or not qualified. So I guess My local mechanic should have been my first choice.
Had a bleeding toe did not want to attend me till I showed my ID. Was in pain 30 minutes and bleeding till wife brought my ID. So if you have a broken arm and no ID no service, even if you show them cash money?
Staff is very professional and engaging. Made me feel welcomed.
The PA is wonderful and caring. The other staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't have to wait long. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs ugent care.
Don't EVER go to this urgent care. I was there for over 2 hours and ended up walking out before I was even seen. Come to find out, they pretty much forgot about me. When I got to the exam room, I was in there for over an hour. No one ever came in to check my vitals, or ask questions. I had finally had enough and left. I will never go back!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
