URGENT CARE OF TAYLORSVILLE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, TIME WASTING, RIDICULOUS PLACE TO SEEK ANY TYPE OF MEDICAL ATTENTION. They have one lady who is so slow my clock started going backwards waiting on her. Another lady that works there doesn’t have a lick of sense. If your in a situation needed medical help, bypass this place and save yourself some time and aggravation.

Tried taking my child to get a x-ray done @8 pm tonight @ the Taylorsville office,only to find a note taped to a locked door saying they were closed as of 7-7:30 pm due to high patient volume. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't the hours supposed to be 9 am to 9 pm Monday to Saturday. Not whenever they feel like they have to many patients. It's a urgent care doctors office for a reason and to basically be told itsnotmy problem when you try to by seen before closing hour's. If it's not your problem then why are you even working at urgent Care?

Yesterday my son cut his toe open and it was deep, so we called Mt View and they advised us to come on in. We were greeted by a wonderful nurse Diana who was caring and compassionate to us both and then the doctor Christine that was on duty was wonderful. I highly recommend this place of business, and I am so thankful for how they treated both my son and myself.

Had a bleeding toe did not want to attend me till I showed my ID. Was in pain 30 minutes and bleeding till wife brought my ID.

Three hours wait. one hour in the room. i was fed up, was unable to give my 50$ copay back, need to talk to a supervisor still waiting ?? still sick ! I realize its flu season, and I feel I was more than patient. The fact that you dont acknowledge an issue or even address my co pay says alot.

Very kind & courteous staff...new to the area, and needed a script for my daily meds, no problems...even got my Covid19 antibodies testing done without any fuss...my nurse even called in a colleague to draw blood when she couldn't get it, to avoid repeated sticks...I appreciate that professionalism.
