Drove 45 minutes for this P.A to do absolutely nothing to help my diabetic brother, he came in with a bloated stomach, diarrhea, swollen legs and feet, hands and she had done absolutely nothing for him! This was a waist of time and unprofessional. Your better off somewhere else.

I'm a new patient at this faculty primary care. I was treated with respect and dignity. My nurse practitioner is so sweet understanding to my care needs. I didn't have a problem with getting all my medicine I needed refills on. Penny Taylor is the best by far she really cares about her patients. She even gave me samples to hold me over cause my insurance company so picky about certain meds they cover. The wait time is not so bad I been a patient with them now for a week. So far so good. Penny is a doll she's so polite and courageous. I can't speak for others only myself when I became a patient hadn't had any issues so far and I pray I don't but penny is nice and kind.

I went for ankle injury on Monday afternoon there xray machine was messed up after I had been there over a hour they told me to come back next morning. I went in at 9 a.m.3/21 and here it is 12:42 pm 3/22 and I still have not got a call with my results. I have emailed them and also left voicemail with no response.... I will not be going back unless it's a last reaort....

Don't know how to pick up the phone. Been waiting on test results 3 weeks now and no one has got back with me. I call and call and call no one answers and when I come in they can't tell me anything other than they'll get back with me.

27 hours after having a foot xray I still have NO results.... and have emailed and called and left voicemail with NO reply

I'm up here in the area visiting and taking care of a relative now in home hospice care. I'm out of my meds and need refills. Called here and was told pretty rudely they wouldn't see me for this, can't do refills. So the search goes on. Go anywhere but here if you value your health!
