Waited almost 3 hours to not be seen. This is a pill mill All the dope heads were seen. My blood pressure was at stroke level. Shame on you

Back in November my daughter got a cut on her back for her and her brother braking a window. They were very professional and the doc was kid friendly. She was 3 at the time. The glued her up she got a sticker was happy about.

In 2011 I became a patient with Dr Betancourt and Mary Frances Sears. Words cannot express how much these two people helped me during my darkest and sickest hours. When both left this facility I started having visits with Dr Lippard who was just ok. As of late my father and I currently have our visits with Dr Gillis. She has been a God send. Dr Gillis is absolutely amazing She is patient kind thorough and personable. But unfortunately she to is leaving the Atrium Healthcare System at the end of December. Please keep these amazing Dr. As a patient you become attached and trust Dr like those noted above. It is very frustrating as a patient to have to start over to rebuild a new relationship with a new provider.

I have been to Valdese hospital several times for surgery. As of late I was there on December 02 2020. And I have to say that I was taken care of with so much care. It was as if I were a priority but I was not. My nurse Linda Pascal and her colleagues treated me as if I were the only person thereDr. Bauer has been such an outstanding doctor and explains every little thing. I felt very at ease in his care as well as the rest of the staff. God Bless them All Richly. And my journey isnt even finished yet. Happy HolidaysSincerely Deborah Trueheart Meiners

I love Valdese hospital they are prompt response

This was the worst ER hospital visit ever went to visit the ER cause I felt like I had the flu turns out I did but how I was treated was not okay the doctor came in the room told me I had the flu checked my breathing then sent me home didn’t give anything to bring fever down or stop the pain I will never go back to this hospital again

Horrible went by ambulance to er last night fever high pain in right lung turn out to be pneumonia I had to beg for a Tylenol never got one fever high still in pain when discharge. Went back today with chest pain from the pneumonia cant cough up anything cause of pain sent me home pretty much saying walk it off

First of all the doctor doesn’t seem to care or communicate with his patients and I waited so long just to be seen. Overall slow and probably won’t be back to this hospital for anything.

The main issue with this was the forced care. My girlfriend had the right and has the right to refuse and or ask for whatever she would like. It does not matter if we signed for her to get treated for what she came in for. But she really has the right to refuse. One particular thing they did even though she wanted to ride with me to Catawba. Is say that she HAD to ride in an ambulance. For the money of course and extra 2 hour stay there. SHE DID NOT HAVE TO. The ivs especially were pointless as in Morganton the kidney infection got worse because of their complete stupidity in the matter. Still treating her off the diagnosis that Valdese gave her. Ignorant people that should be shut down completely. Imagine how many hundreds of thousands that doctors get paid to give and refer things. And yet patients get mistreated misdiagnosed and their rights taken away completely anytime they go in there. But if I stood up to him anymore to protect her rights I would have had security on me no doubt. And I would have destroyed them all there. lolcame in for strep throat myself. Was in out with antibiotics and feeling better of course. my girlfriend goes in with fever and chills. no flu nothing but a minor kidney infection that should have been simple. Ive delt with too much malpractice with my father. now of course the doctor wants to play about my girlfriend being dead. I said days in the hospital for an infection that could be dealt with with antibiotics rather quickly too weve had so many plans its just not right. he said you wont have plans if shes dead. thanks doc. the worst doctor by far. Not only that the nurse was in here playing around with her ivs because shes got four hooked to her and they dont even know what theyre doing or looking for. for about 5 minutes going okay mhm. When IV was calling around the back of the bed as if the nurse didnt know what she was doing she pulled on it pulling the iv on my girlfriend. there is a reason the rest of the hospital actually closed.of course I try to find some of the things wrong extra now. The nurse came in and said oh your temperature your heart beats going up. before she even check your temp. Check her temperature is 98.5. your heart beat has been completely normal. orange juice and give you a couple of ice with a little bit of orange juice. And youre going to pay for every bit of it. dont worry about the wait time at Morganton. Youre better off there. been sitting here for 15 minutes with IV beeping waiting 30 for a room number at morganton and ems response. they are out there just chatting away. shes had 6 bags with no break. now they say they have a room and they are contacting ems??? lol could be hours. awesome. now dss has been involved with Valdese being the alleger. talking about the neglect of the baby that is continously growing and every appointment made and the drugs that both me and my girlfriend do. to them i was reportedly high. i cant wait for the drug tests to come in the negative for drugs ive never done all my life. worst hospital ever with themost butthurt doctor Harris ever. this is whats wrong with our society while they used my girlfriends medicaid to get paid for everything she didnt need. now another thing that we understand is my girlfriend had a catheter used to obtain urine from her. This was in Valdese as well as at least eight blood vials. the information that was given to Morganton as well as being reported as half of it missing or lost it was apparently nothing. as when we got here they had her on a basic antibiotic which did absolutely nothing and I had the nurse actually straight up tell me that. And about 15 bags just in Morganton alone. Valdez gave her about 8 bags. Now there was apparently ecoli from the urine culture that Morganton could find but apparently Valdese is not properly equipped to actually find any actual causes for anything. Other than simply doing things for the money. And the discomfort of the patient.
