I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT OF ANSON REGIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES FOR 20 PLUS YEARS. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM THEY ANSWER ALL MY QUESTIONS THE STAFF HAVE ALWAYS BEEN NICE AND CURTIOUS. ADMINISTRATION HAS ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND NEEDS AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

Very rude front desk personnel. She was very short with me. She asked me to hold immediately after answering the phone. After she answered again, she asked how she could help me. I said I had a question and she immediately cut me off to put me on hold again.

Dr Perkins has been my doctor for almost 23 years. She is the type of doctor that actually cares about you and listens to your concerns. I HIGHLY recommend ARMS.

Recieving money for COVID19 but haven't given out a single test

This place is completely I’ll organized. I tried to call 3-4 time in a week to get an appointment for refills of a diabetic medicine. No one would answer me to make an appointment. When I finally did get in touch with some one the next week they just kept saying I would need an appointment, which is perfectly fine but they wouldn’t refill my meds and the first appointment was more than two weeks away. I tried to explain to only be cut off about needed an appointment. Finding a doctors office that takes Medicaid isn’t easy and nothing is near, but do yourself a favor and find anywhere else to go. It might be a struggle but it’s better than people who don’t care.

I was trying to get some results from the Monroe office asked to be transferred , lady at the Anson office muttered under her breath that “It was getting annoying.” Highly unprofessional!

I have been trying to resolve a problem with my bill for two months. They did not code my appointment properly and I was left with a large bill for appointment and unnecessary test that were ordered for a routine yearly physical. The person over the billing will not return phone calls or fix the problem after many attempts on my part to send or leave messages. I even had my insurance company contact them with no success. They just don't seem to care and make no attempts to fix their mistakes and cost their patients a lot of extra money.

The doctor at arms made me feel horrible, i was experiencing chest pains and went in with concerns. The first thing he did was sit down in a chair and sigh heavily as if he didnt want to be there. He told me I was a healthy 30 year old girl and that alls I need to do was walk more. Didnt bother giving me any sort of tests or anything. and even though my feet were swelling and burning did no tests on that either. I weigh alot, in the 300's and felt concerned about my health and the fact that I had trouble breathing and he didnt lift a finger to try and help me. The staff there wasnt much better, I was standing at the window when the lady walked away, I just needed a note for my son for school when i went there to get him his attention deficit pills, she left me standing there even though I told her I needed a note, i must have been standing there atleast 30 to 40 minutes, my boyfriend had to go to work so I had to leave, that was the last time I went there. Now that im going to a different doctor they have actually done tests on me, have determined that I have abnormally small lungs and possibly may have a tendon issue. They helped me with getting an enhailer and are going to look at my heart and help me by getting me diet pills if its not my heart. I wouldnt recomend anyone go here, if you need to bring your kids somewhere, I would bring them to Anson Pediatrics, Dr peters is very nice.

Professional, nice staff, good location.

Ok Dr. Visit in Monroe. BUT they charge you for work not provided and keep billing you endlessly ,even after you go to the office and clear it up and still keep billing you. The business office is terrible. Do not use them.
