Forget about trying to speak on the phone with someone. They should not pay a telephone bill because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS! They ask you to press different numbers for different services and no one answers any of them. You leave a message and nothing! Then to get your prescription filled, forget about it. Good luck

Doctors should be compassionate ands caring. Matthew Manzo is the opposite of those two things. Stay far, far away from this practice and tell your friends to do the same.

This office has some great people working there. The person checking you out and making appointments has a great big smile with courteous service. And what can't be said about Dr. Manzo. He takes his time with you answering any questions you may have and looks at your information on the computer to make sure he covers all that is needed for followups or a physical. I used the internet to find a good doctor and so glad that I did this. Thanks Doc!!

Called got a same day appointment with the doctor's office was treated with kindness compassion professionalism and courtesy was very happy with my treatment people were just absolutely wonderful and I think you so very much for seeing me on short notice

Dr Manzo and Terri are the ABSOLUTE BEST! Dr Manzo has been taking care of me since 2018! I have moved farther away but will continue to drive to be seen and treated at this office for as long as I live in NC, I may still even if I move away ❤️

I heard nightmare stories about them, but I currently used them for the 1st time and Dr. Terry was fantastic and fought to get my meds through my insurance company! That's a huge win in my eyes

I have been a patient since the doctor has been in wagram nc I am very upset he never addressed my mammogram reports with me for4 years . Just this October he has gotten a another doctor who came out and gave me a Covid test and asked her about my test she she was very helpful she schedule a appointment at a surgeon office I could have known 3 years earlier about this cancer IF DOCTOR Manzo had addressed or taken reports or looked at reports He not the doctor I thought he was
