I have 5 children that I was trying to schedule appointments for with their PCP, however the earliest was for November! I walked into KidzCare WF and was given an appointment within a 2 -week window for all of my children. The office is very clean and the staff is awesome! I highly recommend to anyone needed their child seen.

Dr Faison is awesome. She is knowledgeable and build bonds with her patients. She was my Doctor when I was a child, and now she is my kids doctor.

We really love Dr. Genevieve at Kidzcare Pediatrics!! She is thorough, calm, and very kind to our children and to us. My 3 year old daughter loved her! We are extremely happy to have found a wonderful pediatrician, and we no longer dread taking our children to their appointments. Thank you, Dr. Genevieve!

Looking for the right pediatrician was so difficult. Kidzcare Pediatrics takes the time to get to know your child and makes the best medical decisions for your little ones. Having a doctor that truly cares about children is SO refreshing. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone seeking a long term family doctor who will provide the best care for your child.

Appointment at 10:45 still waiting over an hour later with only one other patient coming in. Front desk associate was rude over the phone and in the office. There seems to be no understanding that small children left waiting in the drs office causes further anxiety

Dr. Fasion used to employee respectful front desk employees, but now she has disrespectful people working at the front desk and that is going to bring her business down. My children have been going to Dr. Fasion since they have been born & they are 12 & 16, but I will never go back to her establishment after the rude treatment that I have experienced today. I had an appointment @ 2:30pm 3/6/2020 & drove over 30mins for a disrespectful employee to tell me that a provider is not on duty. How do you run a pediatric office without a provider? I will be looking for another pediatric office ASAP. Go if u like inconsistency & disrespectful people who don't value good customer service.

I have been a fan of Rainbow Kids Pediatrics now for about 13 years, (formerly Stepping Stones Pediatrics). Dr Alston (Dr. A) worked alongside of another doctor. Since the other doctor professors (and wears many other hats now), Dr. Alston went into sole practice. Dr. Alison is pretty thorough, but the personnel in the office can be a bit slow often sometimes in getting paperwork faxed, completed, filled-in, etc.; and getting things done in general. I do like the family feeling of this establishment...the environment is changing...🤷🏽♀️ A new day has dawned and Dr. A. has joined forces with Kids Care Pediatrics. We'll see how this goes. Wish us luck - we are hoping to stay here!🙏🏽
