I was so surprised to see any bad review written about Dr. Ivery. I have a TON of health problems and have seen loads of doctors of all kinds. I’m extremely picky when it comes to compassion and bedside manner, and someone who is very thorough and takes their time with me. Dr. Ivery is seriously all of that and more, I have never has a better doctor in my life. She listens to every single question I have, takes time to explain, and has so much compassion. My husband and my Mom now see her as well. She knows I get nervous waiting on results because of my history and is always reassuring and gets me results ASAP so I don’t need to agonize waiting. Her care in my opinion is unbelievable, she has been the best thing for me and my health and I truly think she is just the best. She’s is thorough, detailed, and doesn’t miss a thing. You will for sure get amazing care from her.

I would not recommend Dr. Ivery or this practice. After waiting for almost an hour as other people who got there after me were called, I was finally brought in to see Dr. Ivery for a simple prescription refill. After mentioning to Dr. Ivery that I needed more than two refills for my medication she proceeded to ask me questions. I did my best to explain my painful condition only to be told by her in a very rude way that “I'm trying to help you but you're not letting me.” I tried again to explain my condition but its not straightforward. At that point, she dismissed what I told her and made no further effort to understand. She also ignored my questions. Then she quickly and again quite rudely told me that I need a check-up and got up to get my written prescription, indicting my appointment was over. I don't think I'm wrong in expecting compassion and an effort to understand from my doctor without the bad attitude. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Avoid Dr. Ivery at all cost, Incompetent at all levels. The office staff is rude and will hang up on you when you have a complaint. Dr. Ivery and her Zombie assistant Margaret are useless, they will never follow up with patients to go over results. When you do finally get them on the phone ask for results they simply apologize and act like they are did nothing wrong.
