If you are looking for a new primary care, this facility in Wakeforest is the best practice I have ever been to. (As a healthcare professional I trust them and will never go anywhere else. I have been telling everyone I know. They treat you as a whole person optimizing your wellness. Too many other practices treat you like a time slot.) Maria and her staff are amazing.

I’ve been here in NC for 4 years now and when I 1st moved here I was told there were really no good Drs here but after my 1st primary care Dr moved I found Dr Marshall by coincidence because I had to go to urgent care. She was so kind and concerned so I made her my primary care Dr and I love her so much. The staff is always friendly and courteous.

I didn’t expect to make an appointment to be treated at an Urgent Care ; I was expecting lower back x-rays and they did not get that done. I would have also desired for the practicing physician to be more hands on.

What I love about this urgent care is the customer service, it's not packed and it's not a long wait plus the services and the care thay they provide is excellent .I use to go o duke urgent care and I prefer them over them. I have been to this new location twice I use to go to their own location and even though their was more people there and had to wait some it was worth it because of their excellent customer service.
