I was able to get a same day emergency appointment as the scheduler called me from the waitlist. The video visit is a tremendous help. I feel that I have finally found the right Person to help me!

If I could post this review without having to give them at least 1 star I would have done so. I would not recommend this practice at all, not even as a last resort. The provider my daughter was seeing did nothing when she told her about the side effects she was experiencing from the medications. She was always advised to give it a little more time. When things got worse for her I first went to the Carolinas Partners of Wake Forest website and tried sending an email to the provider. I sent a very detailed email explaining what was going on and asking for a return call to discuss the medications. Since my daughter is an adult I understand not returning my call but no one ever called my daughter either. I also left detailed voicemail messages for the provider on a voicemail box that was identified as her and still no return call to me or my daughter. This was not something that warranted an ER visit but it was time for a change with the medications and when my daughter needed help she was left high and dry. It's unfortunate that the unprofessional acts of one provider can ruin how you feel about the entire practice but so be it.
