Outpatient Imaging Affiliates's Online Review Report Card

Giving two stars because the tech staff who actually did the procedures were great. I went for one appointment in Wake Forest. The front desk staff member presented me with a estimation of the cost of the procedure that showed a remaining deductible. I showed proof that I had met my deductible. They required me to email them the screenshot of the website from my insurance that showed my deductible was met. I did so. I then waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time for them to update the cost sheet so I could be seen. While I waited, I got to hear the front desk staff complain about the other offices.My second appointment was in Raleigh. This time, when I got there, myself and another lady sat outside wondering why the door was locked. Apparently, the door we were at isn't unlocked till later and there is another door you need to use. They accidentally covered the signage that said to use the other door with another sign. I again had to provide proof that I had met my deductible and email it AGAIN. This time they got me back for my appointment much quicker and the front desk staff were very polite.I received a bill that did not reflect one of the payments I made in office on the days of these procedures. I called up and explained that one of the payments was not reflected in the statement. The girl in billing said she found it and would send it back to be reapplied correctly.I received a bill today that showed the amounts my insurance paid but neither of the payments I made in office at the time of the procedures. I called billing again. After 7 minutes on hold, the lady on the phone states that the payments must not have been made to them. I told her I paid the payments IN OFFICE! She requested I email proof and then stated no one looks at the email till Thursdays and since this Thursday is a holiday, no one will look at it till next week.This is very unprofessional. I am very grateful that I kept my receipts and all documentation from my appointments with this place. They are an unorganized mess!

No Pain!!! I was so nervous about my first mammogram, but Laurie made me feel so comfortable and calm. The horror stories I have heard are not true here! They took the time to explain everything to me. Amazing customer service from the moment you walk in the door. Thank you for easing my fears. I will be a lifelong customer!

I loved my experience at this facility! Sarah was my technologist and she was extremely professional and caring. She really took her time to explain the process to me and to make a very uncomfortable procedure, comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Thank you for caring for your clients especially during these trying times!

I had a really great experience, from the friendly front desk staff to the technologists that completed my MRI. I had Brandie as my Care Coordinator and Susan and Chellsie as my technologists. Would highly recommend utilizing Cardinal Points Imaging in WF. Scheduling, visit and results were also seamless and quick!

The staff is super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable! I really appreciated getting a reminder too!

This facility is top-notch! From the scheduling with Lisa, to check-in with Ramey, to the actual mammogram with Laurie and Ashley, there was professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness that was shown in every way! They made me feel comfortable, and I am thankful to have found them!
