The communication in this facility is awful. It has taken them 3 weeks to try to get a medication prescribed but the office doesn’t know how to do preauthorizations apparently. I have been on the phone with the office several times a day and get different responses and different people to whom I keep getting put through to. No one seems to know what to do and my pharmacist is baffled at the lack on incompetence, as am I. I will be looking for medically proven professional care elsewhere soon.

I Will Never Go Back To This place. NEVER. Thanks to the "so called" doctor named Ann Smith. I was treated very poorly. She was very rude. When I asked about getting a prescription for my new liners and socks for my prosthetic Ieg, she said I would have to come back another time. She got up, and walked out of the room. Very rude and I don't appreciate how I was treated at all.. I just had my finger cut off, and she acted like I wasn't in any pain at all.. Ann Amith, I will see you around.

Goshen Medical in Wallace needs to hire someone just to answer the phone. I have been calling them,being put on hold for someone to answer, and then no one answers. I have actually waited for over 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone. HIRE SOMEONE ASAP JUST TO ANSWER PHONE CALLS,this is ridiculous

Switched over to this facility in November and it’s now March. I’ve only been seen ONCE but this is because they have called to reschedule my appointment maybe 4-5 times! I’ve lost count at this point. The doctor I did see was very nice and understanding however this facility is under staffed. It’s ridiculous how many times my appointments have been rescheduled by them. If you have any serious underlying medical issues DO NOT go here it’s almost impossible to get seen and keep a appointment here.

Love my child’s doctor here, Mrs Walker she is so nice, even the nurse is nice. But what a shame that they have rude receptionists/front desk especially one called Sheryl. Horrible attitude over the phone when I call to make appointments or ask questions and in person no greeting or even a smile. Receptionists shouldn’t have to be so bitter, they make the first impression of the rest of the clinic.

I went to get blood work done. They have people see you in ur car. I went to get lab work and even spoke to someone the prior day and was told I didn’t need an apt. The Hispanic lady who came to my car was extremely rude and talked to me like I was trash. Don’t recommend at all.

I was ask to call them on Friday with an update on my mother because meds may need to be changed or adjusted here it is Tuesday and still have not gotten a call back. I have called Friday, Monday and today and the receptionist says she will get the Doctor to call me back. Yeah right. Now looking a new Doctor who cares!

Trash service, poor communication skills, lack of organization! This place is horrible, the people who work here are incompetent and can’t help you with anything EVER. Had to call multiple times to find out that my request for records NEVER came through. Overall just the most unprofessional health place I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time
