Kara Henderson's Online Review Report Card

The pain is excruciating. Had a procedure done and had to go back as the tooth continued to ache. Went back only for the dentist to come into the room without so much as a hello. Proceeded to tell me I have other cavities that may have sparked the ache. Wrote me a prescription and ended the appointment. Didnt even touch me. I was later billed for that appointment when I wasnt even in the building for 15 minutes.Called to dispute the invoice and was told to come back and this time would see one of the owners. I received a call 20 minutes prior to the appointment asking if it could be pushed 30 minutes later as she was running behind. I agreed. Then after arrival I was kept waiting in the waiting room 20 minutes. Was then taken for observation and ended up waiting 25 minutes until someone came in to see me. At this point I was literally about to leave as I had to go to work. Explained the situation and she left. Only for me to hear her discuss with the said owner outside about her remembering reading my file. I thought I was coming to see her? Then she comes in and trims my tooth saying that could be the issue. She then said a follow up call would be made in a week. We are entering the 3rd week and I am yet to receive a call from anyone. It hurts but they didnt care about that. I am all about promoting black owned businesses but truly I feel as though I was mishandled by some nice personalities and pretty faces. Thanks but me and my son wont be returning.

The dentists here are very nice and thorough. They care about your well being and will refer you for any other work that they are not able to complete here. They really look out for your best interest. Shelly is an excellent dental hygienist and she is always on time and nice.
