Brought wife to urgent care with deep laceration bleeding index finger due to knife cut. Intake person was professional. Apologized for time it took due to our being new patient and new to Waynesville. Saw Dr. Seely Regan. Was excellent physiciankind compassionate and communicative. Offered treatment options and conveyed what he thought would be best and why. As he treated he told us what he was doing so no surprises. Every staff member just as compassionateprofessional. Nurse Scott took time to explain what he was doing as he did the followup. Couldnt ask for better care.

If you want healthcare that could only rival that of third world countries go here. I understand they are busy but this facility is seriously disgusting. Of the multiple times I’ve had to go there I have yet to see anyone with an M.D which probably accounts for the past week when I have had to follow up with different doctors for both my son and I after being misdiagnosed. Care clinics in pharmacy’s provide better and more updated care with a cleaner environment and a shorter wait. I mean Jesus what do you all need? A bigger budget? A few fat donors so you can take a mop to the floor or refill the hand sanitizer?

Worst care I’ve ever had. Waited an hour and 45 minutes with 1 person supposedly ahead of me the entire time. Once I was called back they did all their tests and the nurse said the strep test would be finished in 5 minutes and she would be back. 50 minutes later I walk out of the back room I was in and up to the nurses desk where she was sitting scrolling on her cell phone and said “oh sorry I usually hear the timer go off”. If it was a 5 minute timer she should’ve checked it 45 min prior. I had even told them I was in a rush. Miserable experience doctor didn’t even come back just some nurse that gave me a note that said to rest. No diagnosis and a waist of 3 hours

Went for a covid test on Monday aug 30. I understand that places are backed up for testing. As well as others have suspended testing for covid. Though we’re still technically in a pandemic 😑. I arrived about 830 in the morning was not seen till 130. The front desk ladies were polite and was telling everyone there would be 23 hour wait due to only one provider. Also this place on the inside on there exam rooms looks rundown . Either renovateupdate or shutdown. Also how on earth is there only one provider at a urgent care during a pandemic? When the doctor actually did come in the room she was in there a total of two min and left that was it. Never saw her again. Will not return to this facility.

Sat in the waiting area for half an hour where there was not any tissues to blow your nose. When they called me to the desk they told me there was a 2 hour waiting time and there were only 3 other people there besides me. She said they only had 1 doctor and that I should go elsewhere or come back in the morning. Worst place Ive ever beennto.

Caring and efficient. Helped me get better from my gi bug.

Pleased with my treatment. Registration was rapid wait time moderate about 20 min. Facility was clean and well maintained. I had a deep untidy wound on my forearm from a fall. Nurse practitioner who rendered my care was friendly efficient knowledgeable and experienced. She cleaned and sutured the wound professionally. Total time was under 2 hours. Im pleased to be able to recommend this facility for wound care.

Waiting in line..for my meds.Id rather ...um. . no really huge issues to report since my first visit. PRAISE GOD ALMIGHTY JEHOVAH CHRIST JESUS MY LORD AND SAVIOR AND THE HOLYGHOST MY GUIDING LIGHT AND TEACHERMY COMFORTER.That at least hes KING JESUS CHRIST GETTING MY MEDS

Went to this Urgent Care facility a couple of years ago for difficulty breathing which a female doctor took and XRay and decided that I had COPD from smoking. She never gave me any instructions on what to do about it. So I held off and my breathing got worse over the following months until finally I went to the ER at Haywood. At the hospital I was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure NOT COPD.. These people are incompetent COPD is now incorrectly stated on my records.. Will not be returning to these clowns..
