Took my 95 year old mother in law for appointment that she had set earlier in the day because she wasnt feeling well. Pulled into parking lot at 118. Her appointment was 115. She is 95 and moves slowly and by the time I unloaded her and her walker she was walking in the door by 120121. I told her to call me when she was finished. About 15 minutes later she called to tell me the Doctor wouldnt see her because she was late for her appointment by 10 minutes. She asked to speak to office manager who told her it was their policy This is a nice elderly frail woman who ultimately was found to have a UTI and was suffering from that infection. I guess medical care is just business and no longer about care.Im sure their patient arriving promptly policy is met with an equal the Dr will see you at your appointment time policy. The lack of empathy here is astounding. Avoid this medical provider.

I have been seeing Dr. Ward for many years and I am completely satisfied. They are all true pros. The office staff and every single one of the dental hygienist I have had are great. Dr. Wards office is always neat and clean they are all very efficient. Highly recommend this Dentist office.

Although Dr Ward was assigned after my previous Doctor changed locations I have learned over time he is one of the best Ive met. He is genuinely interested and concerned about his patients. Youre not a number. You are a person who needs a doctor who cares. He fits the bill.

Dr. Ward makes you feel very comfortable and easy to talk with. He is friendly and caring and works hard to let you understand how to deal with any medical problem you are having. He does not talk over your head and is very down to earth. Both my wife and I feel very comfortable with him and he treats us like friends.
