The Dr. is great but the front staff has been unfriendly and not helpful with paperwork or medications for the past 5 yrs. I went to pick up paperwork today and the attitude of the admin I spoke to was annoyed and unfriendly.

We have been coming to this office for the past two years and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Liffrig is an amazing doctor very knowledgeable and someone who truly cares about his patients. We’ve loved working with all his nurses. This is an amazing place

Dont come to this facility worst experienced office staffs and specially the nurse practitioner Jolina Allred do not care you have to wait for 1 week to get your prescription medication and have to calll many times to able to get it.

Great doctor but horrible office Waited over two weeks for a simple referral to be submitted to see a specialist. Called multiple times still no response. After finally going to the specialist this office needed to approve a procedure for my insurance and again I’m waiting way too long for someone in severe pain I’ve gone to urgent care and had my specialist call this office and still no action is taken to submit any paper work. They are slow behind and need serious help Please consider other offices

The staff is very friendly and they all listen to and answer questions and concerns. Dr Liffrig is great He takes the time to listen and is attentive. Very good doctor and I am glad to have him as my doctor.

Nice Dr however with seniors he is closed to upgrading his scale to one with handles for an elderly patient with mobility issues and fear of falling to use like other Drs have in their offices. Instead he and 2 other nurses assist the patient which causes more fear. If you dont get weighed he will threaten to no longer be your Dr. Also for elderly females with mobility issues he refuses to use a hat in the commode to capture urine for UTI test obviously unaware of the challenges women face capturing in a cup when you can squat let alone if you cannot. So sadly instead...a patient goes without or ends up in the hospital with Sepsis and dies from acute kidney failure.
