Very rude and unprofessional receptionist

Never had any issues when I have taken my children. The staff was always helpful kind and respectful even at their busiest of times. The doctors especially Dr. Kapa who listens to a parents concerns without making the parent feel stupid or insignificant. This is the 1st place Ill take myself and my children to in any event they need quick care outside of an emergency room.The negative reviews on here are by individuals who dont understand healthcare especially during these shortages. Have respect and understanding for the Healthcare workers who are extremely short staffed and overworked everywhere.1. You would wait even longer to be seen at the emergency room.2. Sometimes there is literally nothing they can do for your cold soreness or swelling except OTC meds.3. People who overreact and go for issues that could wait to see their PC doctor are what makes for longer wait times. They also take individuals by severity of issue.

RUDE Front end staffer.More worried about cost than actually getting someone tested?I do not care of it costs$1k a test. Do Not Argue with the clients. Your problem young lady is you made assumptions today.They were wrong. If you had some kind of directions anywhere people might not get upset waiting around feeling ignored.Expect to get called to the carpet over it.

Waited for two hours without ever getting seen. Never going back to this location.

Took my husband for Covid testing which was positive. All of the staff where very courteous kind and helpful.

I can’t even count the number of times we have been here. It is convenient the staff has always been polite and I’ve always felt that we received great care.

I’ve attempted to be seen on two separate occasions and didn’t see anyone both time.First time was to get a Covid test as a precaution before my parents came to meet my 6 month old baby. At this time we were still exclusively breastfeeding. I arrived first thing that morning and was told I’d have to wait in my car for my turn. Two hours had passed. I called to ask about the wait time and had to push for a somewhat clear answer. I need to know roughly how long to wait bc I needed to go home and feed my baby or pump. At that point I was told there were 8 other people ahead of me and only two people working that day. Wow. I shortly left and receive my call that it was my turn 5 hours after that.The second time was today. I called to ask about possibly needing a tetanus shot bc I cut myself on a rusty nail in the yard. I was asking general and very clear questions as to weather I need a shot as to how long could the wait be how long does an appointment take etc. the woman just kept telling me she didn’t know and I’d just have to be seen. I then told her I need the answer to these questions bc I have a 8 month baby who is breastfeeding and was crying into the phone at the time. She was very rude and of no help at all.When I called another urgent care in the area they were able to answer my questions without an attitude and gave me background as to what to expect from the tetanus shot. My conversation with her made my experience over the phone with the prior facility feel so disrespectful.I chosen to go out of my way to go to an urgent care further away bc I didn’t have the patients at this point to deal with the unprofessionalism.

Helpful and respectful.

I called prior to driving 40 minutes to the location asking if they had any tests available. I was very clear that I was driving out of my way and just wanted to make sure I wasnt going to waste my gas. They assured me they had plenty. Arrived 45 minutes after my call and they stated they ran out.

Absolute waste of time. i sat there for hours for them to tell me to take ibuprofen and rest. they hardly ever answer the phone it constantly just rings and when they do decide to answer you’re on hold forever. i will never go back.
