Moved to the area so needed to find a new doctor. Did not see Dr.Lewis until hours and hours of waiting. Wait at least an hour, had a technician do eye tests, wait at least an hour, had a technician measure pupillary distance, wait at least an hour... When I did see Dr.Lewis he talked about himself in the third person. Weird. Did not feel I received a good exam. Glasses received were not in the same caliber I have received in the past. My previous glasses were better than this prescription. Never again will I go here.

On 12/8/2021 I visited Columbus Eye Associates so that my 94 year old friend could get an eye exam. The appointment was scheduled for 11:00 and we were there well before 10:45. The receptionist said there would be at least an hour wait! We explained that for health reasons, an hour wait was not possible. The receptionist said we would have to reschedule. Plus the fact we were not offered an explanation of why there would be an hour wait!
