The only reason I’m giving a star is because it’s the only way I can write a review. This “surgeon” “physician” sent my 84 year old daddy home from the ER Easter Sunday with a diagnosis of Acute cholecystitis and a WBC of 21000. Daddy’s funeral is Tuesday.

Dr. Daniel performed surgery on my husband’s ruptured appendix. He was very clear as to what the procedure would be and met with me after surgery and went over every step of what he found and what he did. He is professional in his discussions with patients and their family members, answered our questions and took excellent care of my husband. The staff at Columbus Regional Healthcare were top notch, attentive, caring and pleasant. Our follow up with Dr. Daniel was equally pleasing. He went over the surgery once again with us, examined my husband and was pleased with my husband’s progress. His staff at the office were just as kind, caring and attentive as the staff at the hospital. We would highly recommend this surgeon and this hospital in good faith to anyone needing top notch care!

Dr. Daniel performed an appendectomy on my husband’s ruptured appendix recently. We were both pleased with his professionalism and skill. He was pleasant and answered any questions we had concerning the surgery and post-op care once my husband was discharged. He took time to explain how the surgery progressed and explained what he found and the procedure used to extract the appendix. We were not only happy with the care given by Dr. Daniel but also with the nursing staff who took great care of my husband during his recovery. Everyone we encountered from checking in at the ER to his discharge truly seemed to love their work and took pride in caring for the patients on their floor. Even though we live over 30 miles away we will definitely make Columbus Regional our hospital of choice in the future should we ever need their services. Thank you to Dr. Daniel and the staff at CRH.

I just visited Dr Daniel's office this morning and was so treated so well. I would recommend him to everyone.

I'd give negative stars if I could. I was basically called a junkie when asking for homeopathic ways to handle my pain post left BKA. I never used pain medication with my right BKA, and had excessive swelling and pain with my left, all Dr Daniel could say was you have been taking the highest dose of narcotics you can take, I won't give you any more, I said I don't want any medication I want homeopathic ways, like exercise, heat and cold compresses, stretching etc... and he again said he won't give me any more drugs. I said good cause, I don't want them, I'll wait and talk to to my Dr Monday then, he actually clapped his hands in my face and said good, and walked out. Ive never felt so insulted.

Absolutely the best surgeon in all of Columbus County, NC! If it came down to him not being capable on me or my family members then we would have to leav e this county for surgical necessity because we only trust him here.

Doctor Daniel is very thorough and pleasant with his patients. He has always been there when I needed him in cases of emergency I would definitely recommend Doctor Daniel to anyone.
