I truly dont know why this place does not get enough recognition because nurses and doctors here are amazing. I never had any issues with my appointment getting delayedcancelled whenever I showed up for my appointment I was always in and out super fast and no complaint whatsoever.Ive seen a couple of different doctors here but my favorite doctor is Dr. Pickens OMG he is THE BEST He takes time to see how you are doing answer all of your questionsmake sure all the questions and concerns are answered. Ive had appointments in the past where I felt like it was a bit too fast and did not feel personable but Ive never felt like that with Dr. Pickens Dr. Pickens is the most personable and kind person youll ever meetAnd again nurses and other staff are super nice too. I personally dont really look forward to going to any kind of appointmentsother than my hair appointment lol but I LOVE coming to Stoney Creek womens center because I love everybody here I highly recommend to everybody

I scheduled an appointment after a positive home pregnancy test and I was really disappointed with my experience. They had me take urine test there and calculated my due date... and that was it. No review of my medical history no discussion of prenatal testing no mention of dos and donts like taking a prenatal etc. I really hate to think how many future mothers are going to this practice and walking away without any additional knowledge on what to expect. Ultimately I called and scheduled an appointment with another practice and they said at my consult they would review my medical history discuss dos and donts and go over how my insurance would work. That treatment is what I expected and should have received at this practice.
