I’m assuming their is only one provider there for the whole town, & their never at work. Guess you have to go out of town to get seen at the urgent care like they told me.

Until now, hands down I would have recommended Kidz Care in Williamston, formally Martin Pediatrics. The facility/doctors really cared about the kids and it showed. However, this new provider Anita Jones from Texas is very rude, lacks compassion, insulting, demeaning, and heartless. Because of her displays of insensitivity both my mother and daughter don’t want to go to this pediatricians office again.

Who calls someone 15 before the appointment and say the doctor had an emergency. Then ask what type of insurance do you have and it wasn't medicaid and they can NOW see him at 12:30. NOPE!!!! Never again.

Dr. Dover-was an amazing he has met all hours of the night to check my children when I was scared with my childs breathing or an ear infection that was keeping them up all night. Since changing of management it isn't the same. I will be changing doctors at this time.

Dr. Damon Cofer has been my son doctor since birth. We were just there Monday for his 3 year checkup. He’s very good with children and know what he’s doing. The staff is very friendly and professional. Would recommend him to the county and surrounding counties.

All of my babies went there no problems. I gave birth 9/23/20 csection. Discharged on friday. They told me my newborn has an appointment tomorrow which is today. I was supposed to call Dr.Dover office just to double check but didn't get around to it because I was in so much pain and I just came home. The receptionist is my problem she called being all loud and when I told her I needed to reschedule since I didn't have a ride she act like she had an attitude and was frustrated with me because I couldn't make the appointment. Smh I think I'm going to switch to another clinic and just be done with them. If you don't like your job you need to quit point blank! Instead of trying to take your frustrations out with the caller.

The worst place ever!! Long waits and they give you the wrong prescriptions! Dr.Cofer told me to use head and shoulders on my 5 month old for his cradle cap and hydrocortisone for his eczema and Nystatin for his diaper rash. Clearly a 5 month old CANNOT use that stuff. My child will not be going back!
