I am so Grateful to have Dr. Adam Brown as my Neurosurgeon!! He is very thorough, explains condition and options, he listens to concerns with compassion. He did a very successful Spinal Fusion in my lumbar area over 6 years ago. Little things pop up as I age, my recent visit gave me assurance he can take the Best Care of me going forward. I feel Dr. Brown is the Best neurosurgeon in our region. Wilmington is blessed to have him and his PA, Chris!! Office staff was friendly and very helpful!

I thought he was a great guy tell I let him cut on me. Then it seemed like he wanted nothing to do with me. After surgery things got worse, and he blew me off. I had to go see another doctor to find out I have a huge cyst on my spine. Then he was all about cutting on me again. He just wants to cut and doesn’t care about you as a person. He isn’t a thorough doctor either. He should have done more testing before cutting on me. He is a butcher and I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy. Nobody should be treated the way I was or go trough the things he did to me. Please do your self a favor and run crawl or get carried away and far away from this butcher.

People told me it was a waste of my time but my first visit they promised me they would help me. What a joke this office is si disorganized it's pathetic. Now I see why they don't accept insurance. Think about it DON'T ACCEPT insurance. There is a reason for that

Several of my family members have had major back surgery done by Dr. Brown. All of these surgeries were extremely successful. I myself just had a major neck surgery done and I am symptom free of the tingling and numbness in my hands. It is such a blessing to have Dr. Brown, Chris, and Laura practicing Neurosurgery locally. They are hands down the best practice.

Dr. Alsina performed back surgery for spinal stenosis and it was a great success!!! I would recommend him to anyone!!!!

I love Dr. Brown but have no use for his P.A. My insurance co pay is 70.00 for a specialist and I don't appreciate having to pay the same price for someone that does not know what he's doing. He can't read MRI's correctly or accurately. The office staff was not supposed to assign him to me but guess what? I never intend to see a wonderful doctor again because of incompetent staff. Thanks for being a great doctor but you need to get a different P.A. Update: 8/15/2018 It's been a year now. Dr. Brown performed surgery 6 weeks ago on my back and I feel like a new person. I go see him tomorrow for my check up. I can't wait to tell him how much better I feel. Still don't want to see the PA. I have learned to tolerate him for the sake of having Dr. Brown as my physician. Thanks Dr. Brown.
