The entire staff are fantastic. The staff at the front desk are accommodating and very friendly. Dr. Hicks has incredible bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable in what sometimes can be a stressful scenario. Normally the dentist isn’t my first choice for a Saturday morning, but the team at Bayshore make it quite pleasant. I highly recommend.

The best dental practice around the Wilmington area. And I have tried many, but when I walked into Bayshore Dental I knew I had found where I was meant to be. From the ladies at the front desk all the way to the dentist and all those who work in between. They treat you with respect and kindness and like you are a part of their family. The work I have had done has been amazing. From my cleanings to crown replacements has been great work with no matter which doctor I have used. GREAT PRACTICE!

I have been seen by Dr Basinger for over 20 years and really appreciate her thoroughness, expertise and great demeanor. The staff there is phenomenal and everyone is an absolute delight. Very long-term staff means a happy practice.

Dr Winslett is the best dentist I’ve ever had. I was terrified of dentist until I went to this practice Dusty and Joey have always went above and beyond to help me with any questions I might have. The perfect Dental practice.

I’m so pleased I have found this dentist. I have lived in multiple states my whole life and been to probably 10 dentist. This is the first place I really trust. I know a lot of people are skeptical of the dentist saying they find problems to make money.. This is not the case here. I actually switched from a location a mile down the road where it seemed every visit would cost me hundreds. I am pleased with the dental plan they offer because I couldn’t get affordable insurance. Thank you for a great experience!
