When my sister and I walked through the doors of office, the receptionist sized us up. No welcome, no hello, no how can I help you. The receptionist response when we got to the desk was Yes? She then proceeded to look at her computer for the rest of the exchange. She told my sister, she needed her ID, Insurance card and $1,284.00 for her procedure. My sister informed her that she was not going to have a procedure today, she was here to speak to the doctor. Receptionist reply was you are seeing the doctor and having a procedure. My sister then said, again, no I am not having a procedure today. My oncologist said I was referred for a consult. Then i said, a consult does not cost $1300.00. Then receptionist, raised her eyes briefly and said she has a deductible of $5000 and has only met 1272.00! I was appalled at the judgemental attitude and unprofessionalism of this the receptionist. Your front office staff is the face of your practice, the physicians need to do more training….

The lack of empathy of this Dr in 2022 amazes me! I decided the day of my biopsy to just leave the Dr's office without the procedure being done so I can continue my journey in finding the right Dr. for me! He had the odacity to tell me that the wrong information I received from his office is due to a "language barrier"...meaning what Dr since I have an accent? Is my accent creating the language barrier? so it is not your office staff that gave me wrong info about the biopsy procedure! wow...Thank you Mr. Bebb! Quite Majestic!

After I have been told by the office personnel that I either have to come to my appointment for a biopsy or a aspiration (meaning that I was told different stories every time I interacted with the Doctor's office), I finally got in front of the Dr. who rolled his eyes and he saw that I am not undressed for the biopsy and when he realized that I wanted him to explain what is the reason for my appointment, what it entails, risks etc...before I agree with any procedure. The Dr. responded to my worries without any glimpse of compassion, adding that he has no time for debate/explanation and that probably the missinformation received by me is actually "a language barrier" on my part (because I have a accent!). Guess what Mr. Bebbs, your comment is discriminatory the least! After I realized in which hands I was, I told the Dr that I just want to go home since I am not confortable being in his office anymore!

Dr Bebb removed a very large lipoma from my side and was amazing! No bruising, no pain and not to mention is bedside manner is what every Dr should have. Such a great man

Dr Bebb is one of the most caring and gentle MD’s. He takes time to answer my questions and has provided great results from my surgery! I’m so blessed that he was able to do my recent surgery!

Awful!. He never showed empathy, never understood my problem and after several times that I called, email and explained that I was having an infection but I don't run fevers, he decided for surgery next day Without a Diagnostic! (it only took 28 days) and after the first surgery he performed another one 2 weeks later. Since my "problem" which he didn't diagnose correctly did not improve, he put on the table the option of the removal of my whole breast! And I don't have cancer or anything that requires such a awful procedure! Now, thanks to him I have a partial breast, completely damage and cover with scars for an issue that did not require such a horrendous surgery and trauma. His MA being a female didn't even bother and was as clueless as him. I will never ever recommend him or his practice ( employees are the worst, no-one cares there) and I'm sure every single one of my friends and acquittances knows the kind of doctor he is.
