Dr. Parker is a terrific physician but he is affiliated with Wilmington Health which provides HORRID patient support staff. They are so bad at their jobs that important patient information like lab results messages gets lost endangering the health of patients. Im retired from the medical field would never recommend anyone use a doctor affiliated with Wilmington Health. Too bad because Dr. Parker is excellent.

Good doc if you are a diabetic not so good if you have a real endocrine problem. Only wants to communicate via the portal and not see you. For complex cases seek treatment elsewhere Duke or Chapel Hill.

Dr. Parker is handsdown the best endocrinologist I have had in 35 years of living as a type I diabetic. He is always positive encouraging and knowledgeable about the newest medical advances. He genuinely cares for his patients and looks for ways to make managing diabetes more achievable. He is proactive and always helpful regarding other health concerns as well.

My visit with Dr. Parker is always a good visit. He is through and he listen to me as a patient. However I would like to thank Angelica the young lady that check me in on Friday. She was a professional and very knowledgeable. I also received good help from Angela Jennifer and Karen at the check out area. Please let these young ladies know I appreciate how pleasant they made my visit. They all are great with people and they deserve to know what a great job they are doing.

Dr. Parker is an amazing endocrinologist. Not only is he smart but his bedside manner and caring nature make you feel comfortable. After having Type 1 Diabetes for 11 years I had become noncompliant and needed some help. Dr. Parker has a great team and they have all been very helpful and caring. I’m so happy to be his patient. I feel like I’ve struck gold because it has been a hard journey trying to find a competent endocrinologist that understands you.

Dr. Parker is the best Endoscopy around I have been to several in Wilmington before going to Chapel Hill and Duke. He was recommended by Duke and I haven’t looked back.
