Dr. Kevin O’NEIL is a wonderful Pulmonologist in my opinion. Over the last few years I’ve had more than one occasion that he pulled me out of a difficult health situation. He and his staff are very friendly and they care about their patients.

The customer service at this office is lacking. Takes them days to respond back when you call. After all the test I had done at this office no one called me about any of the results. After two weeks someone finally informed me. Its a shame a medical office is lacking in patient care let alone common courtesy.

Communication here is lacking. Had test ran no one called and I had to call to get the results myself two weeks later. Said they would send me a referral and it took three days and that was after my primary care doctor called them. Will not return.
