Honestamente me siento decepcionada con ésta clínica mi hija tiene asma y eh estado esperando 3 semanas por una simple nota para que pueda utilizar un inhalador de rescate por si tiene un ataque de asma en su escuela. Es increíble pero cierto.. Lo mismo me a pasado con el referido para poder ver un especialista. No lo recomiendo. No les interesan los pacientes.

Update a 1520 min TELEHEALTH appt to ESTABLISH a 4 yr old before they would see her and Im being charged almost $300 dollars Urgent care WITH RX doesnt cost that much. DO.NOT.GO.HERE.Literally the call was what is your childs height and weight tell me about her and any concerns ok thanks we can refer her out if you want.Thats it My child wasnt sick we didnt need anything other then to be established so when she is sick she could see a doctor.....$276.00 for that. OVER THE PHONE COMPUTERI called and of course had to leave a message I will Update again if the office reduces this to a reasonable amount.

I feel like this place makes lower income people jump through hoops to get an appointment. I have no insurance and appreciated the sliding scale option. But when I walked in with symptoms of a severe infection and wanted to see a doctor that day I was told you need to have a new patient setup visit first. That was via telehealth. The telehealth website kept crashing on my phone so after trying for 20 minutes I called and still haven’t had the issue addressed. Maybe this is a good place to go for well visits why would you go to the doctor if you’re healthy though? but if you’re sick it doesn’t seem like they care about treating you in a timely manner
