My brother was in the ICUCCU from October 30November 8…. Thank you to every single nurse who took care of him. We watched you day in and day show the mist sensitive care… and I get it it’s your job. However thank for being so gentle kind and caring to my brother before he died and my family… Whitney Erin Charles Amanda… and the rest of the team ❤️🙏🏾 you were created to do this. Thank you. Oh Thank you Megan no h at the visitors desk for remembering us and asking how he was doing each time you saw us.

Today was Novant NHRMCs first vaccine clinic for children under 12. My sister and I took our children to get their first vaccine. We were very impressed. EVERYONE was very nice and helpful. The atmosphere was calming it was efficient and ran smoothly. The staff talked to the children ask them if they knew why they were there they ask them if they had questions joked with them gave them gifts told them how they might possibly feel tomorrow. The staff made sure we knew what to expect. All had big smiles on their faces. While we were waiting the 15 minutes a staff member was talking to the children I heard him go into detail about how the vaccine worked and why it was important and how proud he was of them. I am not trying to persuade anyone to get their child vaccinated however if you decide it is the right thing to do I highly recommend NovantNHRMCs childrens vaccine clinic.

They will bill you in lots of really confusing separate invoices. Despite paying them thousands of dollars apparently I overlooked one $130 bill that doesnt even show up in my account online and they sent it to collections which resulted in a huge impact on my credit score.

Really??? ER wait times from the 90s. There is no mile long Covid line. Get some PAs some FNPs and triage primary care and non life threatening issues to a clinic when patient waiting times are over 5 hours. Things can be done better.

my experiences at new hanover hospital have been great been in more times then i would like. two times for heart attacks once for kidney stones. have all ways been treated with upmost kindness and professionalism.

Funny how my review hasnt gotten a response from the owner. The is elder abuse. They dont care because my mom is older.Id give it zero stars if that was an option.My 83 yo mother was admitted with a brain injury and a broken thumb after a fall. The hospital originally put a splint on her thumb after xraying it. However after my mother removed the splint during a stage of disorientation due to a UTI infection they proceeded to cast it 4 days after the initial xray without rexraying it to verify that the thumb was still set correctly. After removing the cast and a subsequent xray it was discovered that her thumb is grossly disfigured. See pictures attached.

The lady who works at the receptionist area. Her shift started at 2pm on October 17 2021. She has purple hair for the Halloween season…… but you can still see bits of blonde. That lady had told me not to bring my baby to the hospital ON A WEEKEND because she was having a bad allergic reaction. As a first time mom That comment broke me…. Who in there right mind would say that to a parent? I won’t be surprised if one day that girl gets what she deserves one of these days while she’s leaving work…disrespecting patients by saying hurtful things. The smart comment was not called for.she ran around the corner behind the wall where the receptionist seat is so I couldn’t address the situation… plus that desk always has cops by it so she knows she can say what she wants and nobody can touch her or address what she is saying to these patients

This is the second time that our family has needed to use the NHRMC ER. Once again from checkin to outthedoor was a very positive experience Everyone was kind professional and thorough. We absolutely felt heard and cared for God bless all the nurses and Dr that made sure I received the best care possible. It is greatly appreciated

The lady at the service desk was so rude she had a very rude and hurtful comment towards my baby and I for no reason… 🥺 she was very unprofessional and she can be as unprofessional As she pleases because NHRMC is so short staffed so they will keep her no matter the amount of rudeness she dishes out to patients.
