I highly recommend Port City Dentistry. Beautiful office, great attentive staff, and Dr. Wolske is outstanding. I got a great referral for an orthodontist too.

Avoid this dentist! I’ve seen Dr. Wolkse twice, and I was overbilled for services I didn’t receive. Most recently, I went in to fix a chipped tooth visible on my lower front tooth. Without doing a complete exam, she started shaving a completely different tooth that was not affected. When I asked about it, she brushed it off and continued. After she finished, she handed me a mirror and asked how it looked. I told her that was not the tooth, and she only said, “Oh yep, that one is going to need a filling.” A few weeks later, I received a bill for a remaining balance from my insurance company stating I owed $88.98 for a “four-surface anterior filling,” even though she only treated one chipped tooth. She charged me for a mishap that she said she wouldn't charge me for, the tooth that needed to be fixed, and two more on top of that! Also, on my first visit, they took two X-rays, and when I got to the front desk, they asked if anyone told me the second one would cost extra. I said no, they hadn’t mentioned that, and the receptionist admitted they should have. I have since seen other reviews from people who had the same experience. I will be filing a complaint with the dental board. Be cautious if you are considering this office. Dr. Wolske is committing insurance fraud.

I hated the dentist before finding PCF and now I look forward to going. Every person in that office is kind and understanding. Our entire family uses the office and won’t go anywhere else! The dentist accommodated my schedule when she knew I had surgery coming up and even helped me get a rush appointment for endodontic care and he was amazing as well!

THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER! RUN!!!!!!! SHORT VERSION: Issue with her office and payment! Her work didn't last not even a few months. Now her final bit of work just came out. First crown I have ever had come out and in less than 2 years! She is rude to paying customers and hard working staff that are better than she is! The worst dentist I have ever met! first off she was so rude to me and her assistant in front of me. and to top it off I paid out of pocket before my appointment. she did the work which was really messed up to begin with with (less than a year after this her work messed up and another den showed me how much she messed up my teeth!!!) but I paid went back for the work as I'm leaving and walking out her front desk girl says she made a mistake and i owe 1,600 MORE!!! So after this I never wanted to go back and when I had all the issues with her work months later I went to a new doctor who wanted my records from this lady and her office refused to send it two different time! Now the work she charged me over $2,800 for just fell out! her bad work didn't hold up and now I have to pay even more to have it fixed! jillian w. is the worst dentist I have ever been to! if you can stand her rude attitude towards you and her staff and she will charge you crazy prices for work that is horrible and won't last! I have more issues from her bad work than anything else. If I were you I would run fast and far away from ever going to this practice!!! I have so much more to say but trust me......she is the worst!

I had the best experience. I’m very new to NC and everything about this office was a true genuine encounter. The staff is very caring and attentive to your needs.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about Dr. Jillian Wolske & her team! Aside from her stunning office, her staff is incredible and very friendly! Dr. Wolske made me feel like family and was very thorough! 11/10 recommend ❤️

Two major issues with this practice, but ultimately comes down to billing and ethics. On my first visit, one of the questions they ask is if you’re pregnant. I told them I’m not sure, waiting to find out. Instead of being honest and saying I should just come back once I know or just when I’m for sure not pregnant…they put me in a room, looked at my teeth, said a few things, told me they couldn’t do anything without xrays and to reschedule. So a couple weeks later or so I made a new appt once I found out I wasn’t pregnant. Did xrays, exam, and cleaning. Went fine. Also, I was told nothing out of the normal and my teeth looked great, no cavities or anything and my insurance would cover my visit when I asked. Well, I recently got an invoice for $95. Looked at my EOB, apparently they did what’s called a complete series of xrays AND panoramic xray. No one talked about this panoramic xray being anything special or different, no one explained the xrays to me, just took the xrays (which has always been done in the past but never had any issues). Apparently insurance only covers one or the other, not both. I had no idea they were even considered separate, figured it was once process of xrays. So now I am having to pay out of pocket for these panoramic xrays. Bad practice. You need to explain this panoramic xray to your patients and why it would/may be needed. See your patient first (whether it’s the assistant or dr) and then take xrays. Also, they charged me for a limited oral evaluation D0140 on my first visit, which seems unethical as well since it was literally a convo and glance into my mouth type of thing, no problem or issue that I reported having at all, just needed a cleaning. So I will also be looking into that further.

Best experience I have ever had at a dentist! Had issues with my sleep apnea mouth guard from another doctor and they brought me in and help identify the issues. Great with military/dependents also—had all my forms filled out and ready to go for when I left. Would give 10 stars if they let me!
