Dr. Stigall is amazing! I had been to 3 other Dermatologist in the Wilmington area and all 3 couldn't give me a diagnosis each of them told me it was different. My primary care reffered me to Dr.Stigall and she was able to tell me that I had a type of LUPUS she took my questions and explained in depth and made sure I understood my medications and how to.use them properly. The office staff are all friendly and seem to be a happy group. I'm forever grateful I had almost given up on my condition until I was sent to Dr.Stigall. I can honestly say she is the most caring doctor here in Wilmington. If you want a correct diagnosis and a doctor who cares for you as a person and just a number this is where you need to be. Thanks doctor Stigall for your dedication to your patients you truly are amazing!

She really took time with me and explained everything. First doc to do that in years. I've had a skin condition for many years now, seen many doctors and she is the first to make it any better whatsoever.
