I tried the emerge ortho chat offered online gave them my insurance information and address then was told to call the Wilson office as they make their own appointments. I wanted to go to the walkin clinic but could find no information on their hours on the website. I called the clinic twice and was put on hold with nothing but silence twice. The only information I have on their hours is from family members that have been to the clinic. This was a very frustrating experience.

I was able to be seen within two days and received very friendly and prompt service. Once diagnosed I was set up with other services and scheduled follow ups within a week. Definitely recommend and appreciate their facility and staff.

Everyone at EmergeOrtho is very friendly. The people doing the xrays are professional and have a lot of patience making me as comfortable as possible. My PA who is Jim Kovach is professional. He is concerned about my wellbeing and informs me of exercises the doesnt put a lot of pressure on my knees. His personality is impeccable.

The physical therapy side will charge your arm and leg for internet printouts I would go somewhere else

The front desk nurse was rude to every person that walked in. we sat 2 hours waiting for Dana to actually not care that my son was in pain. her answers or opinion was ridiculous had nothing to do with his pain. wasnt sure why our primary sent us there. told him that place is a bad as wilson hospital. he needs his muscles or nerves checked but bones. but what did they do... an xray.... his primary believes its a muscle problem.. ugh I dont recommend

They were very quick. I showed up with no appt and had xrays and saw the PA in under 45 mins. I have waited longer at places with an Appt. The PA Dana understood my issue and listened to what was going on. She gave great info on short term fixes and what the next steps were if those didnt work. I am not a fan of going to the Dr in most cases but this was one of the best experiences i have had.

Dr. Adams was very helpful in examining the changes that had occurred in my lower back and why I was experiencing so much pain all of a sudden. The new medicine and exercises brought immediate relief.
