Terrible w.e PA is there has no idea what he is doing second time I have brought my child here due to no other choice and both times "his ears look good" after being seen by peds ear infection. I stressed my son had fever of almost 104 2 days and complaining of ear pain. Diagnosis was a cold. 2 days later went to his ped md and double ear infection and a burst ear drum. Last time I will ever bring my child here what a Quack. Im such a furious parent right now and being in a RN makes me even more furious how providers can be so incompetent with the simplest things. Dont take your kids here. What happened to the female provider that worked there now she was amazing.

Went today to be seen drove 45 mins only to be met with attitude sarcasm and lack of empathy from the uncaring, unproductive receptionist by the name of Candice she needs a reality check and to be retrained on how to treat the patients who come in to be seen. She was very lucky I didn't feel well nor had the energy to put up with her lack of professionalism today. No sense of "urgency" or compassion, I will never return to any fast med don't contact me.
