MIndpath Care Centers's Online Review Report Card

We were recently very let down by the lack of care or compassion from Mindpath. My husband has been a patient of Dr. Yelverton for over a year now. His therapist sent her some vital information about him being in crisis and needing immediate help. We were then left in the dark for over two weeks having no clue why the prescription wasn’t being filled to help with his new diagnosis. We called DAILY multiple times left voicemails and emails just waiting for a response. We never even got through to an actual person. The pharmacist and therapist also reached out by phone fax numerous times both were flabbergasted at Mindpath’s ability to drop the ball on a patient like this.Looks like many of the other reviewers had a similar experience. You would hope for more from a mental healthcare provider. My husband was at a personal low they caused so much more distress frustration mistrust for him.

If I could give negative stars I would. The front desk is horrible and does not care about their patients. If the office manager hired new employees to run the front desk then my review of this office would change drastically. If you are a caregiver of a loved one please avoid this place.

My son had one appointment there so far I was very unimpressed. I expressed concerns that I had about him they went unaddressed and he had to be IVC’d that same night. If tomorrow isn’t any better I will be finding a new provider. Update they also gave my son a medication that he was Never supposed to have due to addiction which resulted in a fatal overdose

Ive never had a problem. I see Fulford PAC no complaints there either. I did get a $60 no cancellation charge but that was all my fault.

Frist I went to krystle parker for help .Frist when I was telling her what was going on she was rolling her eyes and have a I don’t care what u say look. Keep telling here meds not working she brush it off and keep doing what she want like I have not said anything. ever ask if the meds are working or nothing. Took me off my medication without even letting me know after she said I will keep u on it which medication was working .What king of dr do that. Now I have to suffer every day like I did before for many years. Don’t recommend this place try somewhere else. All these bad reviews is not for nothing.

This Place and not really that good I have bad anxiety and panic attacks and need meds daily .I had to wait a whole week for my dr to just send a request for my meds and 3 days for another med That I need to take. Had to go to work but could not cause my dr did not send the request for my meds Till 100 and I need my meds daily. They was very uncaring . Went to the office the front lady had to send a email to my doctor which was right behind her and I still had to wait all day for my meds. I rather Go somewhere that care about my health as much as I do. 1 Star for me

After reading all of these reviews I was a bit leery of my first visit. Contrary to everyone elses experience or at least those who felt it deemed worth writing about I had an enjoyable appointment. The lady I saw was very nice I was seen promptly and without hassle and my follow up appointment was scheduled very quickly. Tikia was very pleasant and knowledgable and addressed any concerns I had. If I have an experience like some others on here then I may change my review. For now I would recommend this place.

My daughter has been going there for 34 years and all of the sudden they start charging us outrageous amounts for “missing appointments” when we called and left a voicemail they just do not call us back and now my daughter is have to find a new doctor in less than 2 weeks because they wanted us to pay a bill that we should not have to pay so I called up there and they decided to cancel my daughters appointment so I recommend you not going here

Im finding a new provider. Two times in a row my appts where cancelled the day of the appts. Its VERY difficult to reach the front desk. I am usually on hold. Once for almost 15min and I just gave up and hung up. When I confronted this provider with this she didnt apologize but said she was the only one in the office. Medicine refills I often have to call them back leave a message and let them know my pharmacy hasnt gotten their order yet.

I found everyone courteous and visit quite helpful and productive. The staff was responsive and receptive. Thx
