List of Vidant Health's Reviews
Friendly staff and my new doctor was more than willing to help me find out what my ailments is.
They start out great, but it turns into constantly having to go back in for appointments that you were previously told were not needed just to get a refill, ignored MyChart messages and having your concerns blatantly ignored or dismissed. I had awful side effects from birth control and was told to wait it out for three months once I got to the appointment after spending days waiting for a message reply and being told to come in to get the prescription changed. I stated that the side effects were so bad it was causing me issues at work and missed days and was just told it takes awhile for your body to get normalized with it and after three months it MIGHT go away. It never went away and I just stopped picking up the prescription because the change was refused. I went in for a chronic infection and was sent home and told to come back the next day. Waited in the lobby the next day to be seen just to get a referral for surgery and was charged for both “appointments.” I went in to the urgent care part of the facility for the same infection but a year previous and the doctor didn’t even look at the area and told me it was nerve pain and was given steroids. It got so bad I couldn’t walk and ended up in the ER and was given heavy pain killers and had an emergency procedure done. They never updated my pharmacy information after I asked repeatedly each time I had to specify the new one and then ended up sending a refill (which took a week of fighting with them about over MyChart to get) to the wrong pharmacy. Once I told them it was the wrong pharmacy and had been for a year, they asked me if I could just drive three hours to pick it up instead of resending it to the correct pharmacy.
Vidant Healthplex- Wilson - Is awesome the staff to the front are really nice. Dr. Little is the best doctor any one could want for. Oh and by the way Brian and his pharmacy team are great.
Doctor sunny best doctor I ever had cares for his patients and friendly I will recommend him to all my friends and family
Dr. Tonya Little is who I have seen even before she came to this practice. She is outstanding! She’s professional and respectful, highly concerned, caring and not at all dismissive, always asks tons of questions and wants to help. She really listens. I always leave feeling cared for and confident every time I leave her office even when my body feels less than 100%. The lab team at this office are the sweetest people, there’s one lady I hope I always get to see because just being around her is like getting a grandmother’s hug.
They apparently don't have time for patients. After multiple calls and walk in attempts to reach the nurse still no response. Also no return call from the practice manager.
Tracey Sherrod has always been extremely thorough, a great listener, and very empathetic. The facility is always pristine and its' staff always friendly, greeting you with a smile (especially the technicians in the lab). I feel very fortunate to have access to this efficient medical complex. Kudos! God bless you all. 😊
They started out great but now they will not answer phone calls will not return mychart messages impossible to get refills and such a shame because they have wonderful doctors just poor management and lazy employees
Amanda Cannon is the best. She’s been nothing but amazing. She’s the sweetest PCP we’ve had ever. Thank you Amanda Cannon and staff!♥️
Nurses and staff are great

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
