They have the worst customer service and no sense of urgency for any patients if you call and leave a message that states they will call you back within the next business day it may be 2 weeks before you hear from anyone and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone even then on the voicemail it says they will call you back if it feels necessary how is it never necessary to call a patient back with concerns about a surgery that should have happened well over a month ago I personally like to know who do I formally complain to about this staff!! I'm not even sure If the doctor is aware of this issue. Hope he finds better front desk staff and speak.tonwhomwvwn should be making call backs!

I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mitchell on several occasions, one of which was emergent. During each visit I found Dr. Mitchell to be extremely thorough in his assessment, treatment, education and follow up. He was very compassionate and patient with my 2 year old child. He helped to make what could have been a very scary situation for her, into a pleasant experience! As a mother and a healthcare professional, I am beyond grateful for the optimal care my daughter received from Dr. Mitchell!
