I have been waiting for a call back for almost three hours. If the call back is suppose to keep your place in order why I have not heard back from anyone. Cannot pay a statement if no one helps you. Terrible customer service!

Dr. Bonsall is the real deal. He is knowledgeable, personable and professional. He explained everything in terms that I could understand from pre-surgery options, day-of-surgery procedures, check-in in the Recovery room and post-procedure follow-up. I am in good hands and would not hesitate to request his services if ever I need them again.

Dr. Horvath is wonderful. He and the staff are extremely nice. He takes the time to answer all questions and explains things on an understandable level. I recommend him very highly. Couldn?t ask for a better doctor.

She was awesome in helping me prepare for my radiation/chemo treatments. Every possible thing that could possibly happen was discussed. I was also told what to do every step of the way in dealing will all possible side effects. There was a discussion of new medication and how to use each once my treatments begin. This was an extremely important session. I appreciate the professionalism, concern and thorough explanations of what I can expect. Thank you. I WILL BEAT THIS because of my awesome health care team.

If I could give a half star I would! WORST BILLING EVER! Hans(some sort of mgr) is terrible. I lived in the same house for 20 years and they claim to have sent me a bill and never did! Said it was UNDELIVERABLE!!??? I will NEVER let them read my images again!! They sent my account to collections and I have NEVER been sent to collections because I PAY MY BILLS!

This facility has now sent two of my imaging bills directly to collections without contacting me first. They claim that my mailing address is "undeliverable" despite confirming the address with them and not having any issues with items being delivered from any other source. The two bills were several years apart, meaning this was not a coincidence. My credit score has suffered an 80 point drop because they would not simply call me. Avoid servicing by Triad Radiology Associates if at all possible.Update: Triad Radiology reached out to me and will remove the charges from my credit report. I will update this review when that change is confirmed with the credit bureaus.
