The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Dr. West is super duper! He caught something unusual on my scan that could have been life threatening that he brought to my ENT's attention and was quickly addressed, thanks to Dr. West, Dr. Kraus and Dr. Klinger. The staff gets you in and out quickly, too.

Everything from beginning to end was fantastic! There was no wait time and Rachel is an exceptional receptionist. Once taken back to the MRI Imaging ~ Emerald/Morgan/John explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew fully what to expect. They ensured I was comfortable and gave me a warm blanket as I am cold natured. MRI took about 20 minutes. I would recommend this imaging center for all imaging needs. I give it a most definite five star rating. There is also easy in/out access to the facility! Thank you! We drove from Wythe County in Virginia and would do it again!

I went in to have a mri after a car accident. The technicians Emerald and John were amazing. They took very good care of me and eased my mind about the process. I would highly recommend this place for all of your imaging needs.

Make sure they have your correct mailing address. Otherwise, it could jepardize your credit score. 1. If a receptionist with long finger nail keyed in your address incorrectly and you do not think it is important then you will never receive your invoice. 2. If you have multiple invoices from different places; doctors, insurance, Lab, imaging services, pharmacy, and you lost track of these, this imaging service will not call you to remind you about your unpaid invoice. 3. I am not sure how many times they sent the invoices, but I never got it because they input the wrong address. 4. Then they will turn over the unpaid balance to collection agency. 5. This happened in 2019 and I went there again in 2020 and did the LD CT scan again and paid the 2020 due without an issue. I am guessing this time they copy the correct address from my paper work since I got the invoice. 6. The collection agency obviously had wrong address to contact me so I never got their mail either. 7. Fast forward to now, I am in the process of purchasing a new vehicle and mazda dealer inform me that I do not qualify for 0.9% financing. 8. Now I found out that, for a measley $140, I have collection mark on my report. Conclusion: Yes, it was unpaid due to combination of my mistake and their mistake. But, I wish they called me or verify the information through WFBH. I changed my primary physican who did the referal to this place.

Katie, the receptionist was so kind and Alysha, the technologist was amazing! It can be quite scary to get imaging done, due to abnormalities being watched. They both made this process more calming.

Such a great facility. Easy parking, no wait, staff is always polite and professional. Kudos today to Rierra who checked me in and put me at ease and Liz my cheerful and knowledgeable technologist! 5 star experience.

Best imaging provider in the triad.

I had a CT scan of neck and one for chest. My appointment was 4:15 and I was finished and back in my car at 4:00. I checked in at 3:45. Super nice ladies helped me and were very efficient in their work. I absolutely hate these imaging visits but this one was nearly pleasant.
