The only reason I gave three stars is because the Physicians Nurses and MA’s in the back are wonderful. The front desk staff is slow inattentive and gossip. While being on the phone. I heard from desk staff gossiping about a patient and. VIOLATING HIPPA. They are slow and do not give proper communication to the physicians and nurses. I only go for the good care from my doctor. If I didn’t like my doctor the front desk staff would’ve scared me away. I’ve never been more frustrated with any “professionals” in my whole life.

First time here they gave me someone else’s test results. I couldn’t go into work until I got correct results and they wouldn’t help me at all.I get here today for an 8am appt I thought I had for nearly a week. No one will answer curbside phone number and the main number is still on night mode. I see everyone coming in but no one is picking up phones. I FINALLY get someone and lo and behold I don’t have an appt. Amber that I spoke to last week never made the appointment so again I am missing time from work because of this place’s incompetence.I only came here because I had to be tested for Covid. Had considered changing over due to moving to Winston but uh no. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all ever.

It has been almost a year since I started going to Bethany my life has turned around for the better Im doing things I wasnt able to do a year ago because of my doctors working together to get me on the right medications I could not ask for better quality of doctors and nurses. If youre looking for a place that has it all meaning I see pain management psychiatrist PCP then Bethany is your place to go wonderful atmosphere and nice people

The girls that work at this office are very rude they speak over you not letting you get a word in or explain anything. Something needs to be done

One of the slowest medical services I have ever experienced.. waited almost 3 hours for a COVID test to be done even with having a set appointment
