I feel like Bethany Medical does a great job delivering very professional services. With pain control physicians and medical staff they provide much needed care and give information to their patients to help keep us informed to facilitate our healing. Thank goodness for the medical staff at Kimel Forest Recognizing Kate Carden and Odashia Winebush. Good service

At the Kimel Park facility you have the most wonderful staff. One in particular stands out as exemplary caring thoughtful and will go out of her way to make your life better. Kate Carden helped me through one of the darkest times during this pandemic her kindness and caring took away a good deal of the pain and she made me feel whole again. She knows her job backwards and forwards and always takes the time for each patient to feel as though they are the only one today. Well done Kate and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your friendship.

Ive been going to Bethany for chronic pain for over 2 years. The front office staff have always been great and majority of the medical assistants are very nice and professional as well. I one NP who took time to listen. After he left visit become more about maintenance. With this last visit I felt like a few of the staff talked down to me rather than talked to me.
