Great job team Stratford. Thanks for your alacrity in getting us in and out!
Posting on behalf of my sister. Horrible experience. Go somewhere else for care. Provider Hloy Green was one of the most unprofessional providers she’s ever seen. My sister came in for a dog bite & the provider prescribed the wrong antibiotic to treat it (I work in healthcare with antibiotic stewardship so I know). When my sister called kindly expressing her concerns saying another med is usually preferred & that the antibiotic she chose did not adequately treat dog bites, Hloy had a major attitude. She initially agreed to change the antibiotic but then 10 min later called back & said “actually I’m right, I looked it up and the antibiotic I chose (keflex) has +/- coverage for dog bites, if you want a different antibiotic you’ll have to see another doctor.” How horrible! For those of you not in health care for broad spectrum antibiotics you want coverage with a definitive +, +/- means it may work it may not & you usually save those agents for targeted therapy when you know the infection is susceptible based on culture results. Also if you check any common provider reference (uptodate, stat pearls etc) keflex is no where to be found as a recommended treatment option, because it doesn’t work well as my sister tried to explain, so I don’t know where Hloy found that info. The worst part, Hloy stated she always prescribed keflex for dog bites, which makes me wonder how many patients have gone mistreated under her care. If you want clinically competent & kind care go somewhere else!!!
Reception was horrible. Confirmed appt online on app, did everything needed, then still had to fill out paperwork and then use their ipad. Not friendly at all. NP WAS FANTASTIC.
I was given an appt after my VA rep called first to obtain a prior auth for community based care as I am a Veteran and there isn't a VA hospital clise by. We were told they don't necessarily do "walk-in's" due to not always having a provider. I arrived for my 11:15 appt and was not called back until 12:54. While in the waiting room I observed a couple of people who had been waiting as long or longer than me who ended up walking out. Needless to say there is no "Urgent" care provided here.
The staff here was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this particular location!
One star because we walked in and were told we needed an appointment and could not be seen today. I would understand this if the waiting room was packed and it was closing, but it was 815 am and not a sole in the waiting room. Hard to be an Urgent Care if you need to schedule a day in advance. The door even says "no appointment necessary".
Very friendly staff and doctors
Gracias a Dios por su excelente atención. La doctora me trató muy profesional y todos los medicamentos que me dio hicieron su efecto en mi y gracias a Dios estoy bien y eso me hace feliz. Muchas gracias fastmed urgent care
I will not visit Fastmed on Stratford Road in Winston-Salem again. I've had two bad experiences there. Go somewhere else if you need medical care.
Great experience for a work related physical. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I made an appointment and was seen very quickly!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
