Went in on a Tuesday morning, sick and hoping to be seen. I was told they only do drug tests and TB testing on Tuesdays and that they didn't have a provider. Really disappointed that an urgent care facility couldn't provide urgent care.

Came in with my 2-year-old who needed stitches, the staff was nice, fast, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This place should be called SLOWMed instead of FastMed because there’s nothing fast about this service here, you’ll literally be waiting for an hour to be seen even if you’re an hour early for your appointment

I had a mini stroke, fast med. Get me to the hospital in time that it didn’t turn to the worst. Thank you guys so much for your care and your help.❤️👍

They were late opening, no big deal. But then when I go in, the receptionist immediately tells me they aren't open yet. So I ask if I can wait in the lobby. She doesn't answer me, and I guess sees the provider walking in. From the start, this woman was extremely rude. After waiting for another 10 minutes, she tells us she can take us now. I go up to the counter and tell her I'm sick and I've been there before. She looks at me with the worst attitude and asks so why am I there. I tell her again, I'm sick and need to be seen. I just need to be tested for strep so I can get an antibiotic. She hands me paperwork to fill out and proceeds to help the next customer. The whole interaction was extremely uncomfortable. Her attitude was horrible. She acted like we were bothering her at her job. Their systems are slow and I guess that was annoying to her as well. She had a horrible attitude. I'm not sure what she felt the need to take it out on the patients, but she obviously hates her job or life. She was utterly miserable and projected that onto everyone waiting to be seen. I just had strep throat. I just needed antibiotics to start feeling better for a trip I have planned with my family this weekend. This woman who I don't even know, was the rudest person to me at a vulnerable time. I just wanted to be seen so I could feel better. She seemed determined to make my day, and all of the other patients in the waiting room, miserable.

Arrived for a walk in drug test at 10:30am, got done at noon. To be fair this location is usually slammed during late morning hours. All the chairs in the lobby were filled but the young black woman at the front desk was really nice and helpful. If you have to come here show up as early in the morning as you can or your probably going to be waiting an hour plus.
