The staff are very kind and very good

Today i was disappointed because my adult child, who has special needs, had a 10a.m. appointment (in an hour time slot) and literally at 10:15a.m. he was walking out, as I had just went out to sit in the front of the building in my car...assuming I could make a couple of calls while waiting for the hour... he said he was finished and they just brushed his teeth.... and had already scheduled the next appointment without any consultation as I am his legal Guardian... I dont understand how you can do that in a total of 15 minutes... I definitely was not happy today.

Today was my first visit here !! Just walking in was a great an experience!!! I started with Candace who did my x rays. She was so beautiful and had such a beautiful vibe !!!! Although I have very bad anxiety she made me feel comfortable and we talked . Next was Heidi who did my cleaning she talked to me the whole time to make sure I was ok being that I haven’t had my teeth cleaned in years . It was quick and fast !! Painless also she was soo nice and gave me a lot of tips to help with my teeth . Next was Zack the doctor he was amazing !!!!!!! Fun and funny !!! I go back tomorrow for two teeth to be removed I am scared but he made me feel safe so I pray it all goes well !!! I’m so glad I found them !!!! I’ll have a update tomorrow lol after the pulling

The ladies are so helpful and a speedy professional visit. They have to be extra with me I need assistance, just satisfied with office visits.

My mother recommended me to friendly Dental & I’m so glad that she did!! The kind way that I’ve been treated , I have extreme gratitude for every staff member in the building !! Just really wonderful dental office, THE BEST Ive been too ! I set an alarm to remind myself to write a review bc THEY DESERVE IT , seriously . I think I’ve written 4 reviews in my life :). This office has gone downhill significantly since the staff changes. The level of professionalism and organization is extremely poor. The front desk staff appears inadequately trained and frequently provides incorrect information, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays for patients. Most disappointing is the way Hispanic patients are treated. There is a noticeable lack of respect, patience, and cultural sensitivity. Patients should feel welcomed and cared for in a healthcare setting—not dismissed or spoken to in a condescending manner. I cannot recommend this office in its current state. Management needs to seriously address staff training and patient treatment. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I took my 95 year old father for an appointment. I let them know we were there for an impression fitting. They told me that there was something written in his chart, they'd be with me shortly. After waiting 10 minutes I asked how much longer it would be and the woman said, "Give us a moment" in a snotty way. Five minutes later I was asked to step in the back. I was told that the lab messed up and contacted the dentist last week but we were never contacted. This was admitted. We are very unhappy with them and won't be going back. Incompetence is not a good look.

This place won me over before I even set foot in the place. I called desperate to find some place to take an emergency appointment. A wisdom tooth causing me so much pain. The lady on the phone was very nice and got me in. When I went for the appointment the front desk lady was very kind and welcoming. The dental assistant was sweet and talked to me like she knew me. The dentist was nice and straight to the point. The got me a referral for an extraction and I was on my way. In & out but never felt rushed at all. Very nice ppl

I had an excellent experience at Friendly Dental Group. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and exceptional service by Maritza Colón at the front desk. She was very empathetic, kind, and professional, which made me feel welcomed and at ease right from the start. I also want to thank Katy for her dedication and care during my visit, and the doctor, who was clear, patient, and professional at all times. Thank you to the entire team for your outstanding service! Highly recommended.
